Gatorland

Gatorland is a 110-acre wildlife preserve and theme park in Orlando that has focused on alligators and crocodiles since opening as a roadside attraction in 1949. More than 2,000 American alligators live on the property, alongside crocodiles and other Florida wildlife. The park's breeding marsh provides habitat for alligators and nesting birds, while the White Gator Swamp houses a notable collection of rare leucistic and albino alligators. Its long history and strong emphasis on Florida's signature reptiles give Gatorland a more specialized character than a general wildlife park.

Visitors can explore the animal habitats and attend shows including Gator Jumparoo, Alligators: Legends of the Swamp, and Up-Close Encounters. A free-flight aviary, petting zoo, nature walk, and capybara encounter broaden the wildlife experience, while the Screamin' Gator Zip Line and Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure add more active ways to explore the property.
